Nurse Instructor, RN

The nurse instructor will plan, develop, teach, and coordinate the certified nursing assistant training program while mentoring future nursing assistants. Responsibilities also include supervising student performance and rounding in care areas to ensure quality nursing assistant services.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registered nurse licensure and possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience, including one to two years in long-Term care or geriatric nursing. Additional requirements include completing or having experience in teaching adult students and maintaining current basic life support certification.
