Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-Acquisition and behavior-Reduction programs while overseeing their execution by registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and caregivers. Additionally, the bcba must conduct various behavioral interventions assessments and supervise individuals seeking bcba certification weekly.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and active bcba certification, and they are required to initiate the state licensure process before starting the position. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background/Drug screenings are also mandatory requirements.
