Youth Development Professional (4443)

This role involves planning, implementing, and supervising activities within a specific program area to support youth development outcomes like academic success and good character. The professional will also build relationships with members and their families, and may oversee special programs or provide supervision to other staff in the coordinator's absence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with previous work experience in a related field involving children and youth, which is preferred. A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are mandatory, with the possibility of needing a cdl license.
