Youth Development Professional (4850)

This position plans, implements, supervises members, and evaluates activities within a specific program area to support youth outcomes like academic success and good character. The professional builds relationships with members and families, promotes program participation, and may oversee special programs or provide supervision oversight to other staff when necessary.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and preferably have previous work experience with children and youth. A valid driver's license is required, and the role demands the ability to handle stressful situations, follow instructions safely, and communicate effectively in english.
