Teacher - Head Start - Edgewood

The head start teacher develops and implements individual education plans to foster social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development appropriate to each child's stage. Responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining comprehensive portfolio assessments, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field is required, along with demonstrated success in outlined tasks and the ability to pass criminal background checks. At least one year of early childhood classroom teaching experience is preferred.
