Transition to Independence Facilitator

The tip facilitator provides one-To-One coaching and facilitation to transitional age youth & young adults (Yya) to help them meet life goals using mentoring, teaching skills, counseling, and problem solving based on the tip model. This role involves supporting young adults in areas like housing, education, career, health, and building natural supports, often requiring community presence.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in social sciences or related fields is preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience supporting youth or young adults in achieving life goals using a strengths-Based model. Candidates must also demonstrate cultural competency and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
