Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, though prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and in a team, and the physical capacity to keep pace with young children.
