Behavior Technician - Willing to Train

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with children, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-Paced environment. A high school diploma or ged is required, and reliable personal transportation is necessary for commuting to assigned work locations.
