Upward Bound Residential Advisor (Live-in Position)

The residential adviser will live in the residence hall for the 6-Week summer session, supervising and mentoring high school students in an academic college preparatory program while promoting a safe and fun learning environment. Duties include chaperoning field trips, attending classes, assisting with study sessions, providing guidance, enforcing program rules, and serving as a positive role model.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in higher education (Undergraduate or graduate) and must have completed two years of college coursework by june 2026, maintaining a minimum 2.75 gpa. Candidates must also be flexible, team-Oriented, able to communicate professionally, and commit to working long hours, including nights and weekends, during the employment period.
