SSS Peer Success Coaches

The peer success coach provides support to first-Year and continuing undergraduate students by serving as a role model, connecting them to campus resources, and assisting in coordinating engaging transitional experiences. Responsibilities include conducting one-On-One coaching sessions, helping students develop study strategies, and providing general office and program support.

Applicants must be current students at the university of wisconsin-Stevens point main campus, maintaining good academic standing with a minimum gpa of 2.5, and must be at sophomore standing or higher. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a mentor or leader, experience facilitating discussions, and event planning skills.
