Youth & Family Support Specialist

The specialist provides continuous monitoring, support, and service coordination for foster, adoptive, and kinship families caring for youth aged 14 and older, acting as a liaison between families, service providers, and the organization to ensure quality care. Key duties involve family development, client placement monitoring, providing aftercare services post-Discharge, and assisting with training and recruitment activities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field combined with two years of supervised child-Placing experience, or a master's degree with one year of experience, depending on specific coursework or practicum hours. Additional requirements include a valid texas driver's license, reliable transportation, cleared background checks, and proficiency in standard office software.
