PTFFC Family Specialist

The family specialist provides enhanced monitoring, support, and case management services to treatment family foster care families and children, ensuring services align with the program's philosophy and treatment models. This role involves assessing child and family needs, facilitating placement preparation, conducting regular home visits, and ensuring compliance with standards and service plan goals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field combined with at least two years of supervised child-Placing experience, or a master's degree with one year of experience, depending on specific coursework or practicum hours. Additional requirements include a valid texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations while performing frequent physical activities.
