QMHP

The qmhp provides ongoing monitoring, support, and behavioral health services to children and youth with emotional trauma and their families, engaging them in weekly skills training and case management services. This role involves developing service/Treatment plans with the clinical team and ensuring client safety through crisis plan development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, with prior experience in behavioral health preferred. Additional requirements include a valid texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and passing background checks, tb tests, and drug screenings.
