Youth & Family Support Specialist

The specialist provides continuous monitoring, support, and service coordination for foster, adoptive, and kinship families caring for youth aged 14 and older, acting as a liaison between families, service providers, and the organization. Key duties involve family development, client placement monitoring, providing aftercare services, and facilitating necessary training for families and staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field with two years of supervised child-Placing experience, or a master's degree with one or two years of experience depending on specific coursework/Practicum hours. Additional requirements include a valid texas driver's license, reliable transportation, cleared background checks, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
