Teacher Assistant Infant

The teacher assistant will work closely with lead teachers to support infants as they explore, grow, and build independence within a nurturing montessori environment. Key duties include ensuring a safe and engaging learning space, collaborating on lesson plans, maintaining student records, and modeling appropriate social behavior.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and either hold or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification upon hire. Essential requirements include a genuine love for children and the physical ability to perform tasks like kneeling, bending, and lifting children, alongside strong communication skills.
