Teacher Assistant Preschool

The teacher assistant will collaborate closely with lead teachers to support children in exploring, growing, and building independence within a nurturing montessori environment. Key duties include ensuring a safe and engaging learning space, assisting with lesson implementation, maintaining student records, and modeling positive social behavior.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and either hold or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification. Essential requirements include a genuine love for children, physical capability to handle young children, understanding of health and safety guidelines, and excellent communication skills.
