Teacher Assistant Preschool

Teacher assistants collaborate closely with lead teachers to guide students through exploration, providing love, support, and encouragement during new experiences and social development. Key duties include ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment, implementing lesson plans, maintaining student records, and fostering positive self-Image and independence in children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification upon hire. Essential requirements include a genuine love for children, physical capability to handle young children (Kneeling, lifting, etc.), understanding of health and safety guidelines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
