Teacher Assistant Preschool

The teacher assistant will collaborate with lead teachers to support children in exploring, growing, and building independence within a nurturing montessori environment. Key duties include ensuring a safe and engaging learning space, implementing lesson plans, maintaining student records, and modeling positive social behavior.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and either hold or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification. Essential qualities include a genuine love for children, physical capability for tasks like kneeling and lifting children, and strong communication skills.
