$2000 Sign on Bonus Early Learning Floating Teacher - Amesbury YMCA

The floating teacher will support lead teachers and directors by leading fun, developmentally appropriate activities and helping maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming learning environment for all children. Responsibilities also include assisting with daily classroom organization, cleanliness, accurate record keeping, and positive communication with parents.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet teacher qualifications set by the massachusetts department of early education and care (Eec). Candidates need a solid understanding of child growth, flexibility, current infant/Child cpr and first aid certifications, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
