ABA Behavior Technician III

The aba behavior technician iii is responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities within a center-Based program. This role also involves promoting language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, along with developing programs for 4-8 clients under bcba supervision.

A high school diploma and experience working with children are required, though a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science is preferred. Candidates must either possess a current registered behavior technician credential or complete the required 40-Hour course sequence, competency assessment, and exam within two months of hiring.
