Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and the ability to work well in a team, while also being physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be able to obtain cpr/First aid certification and pass a background check.
