Youth Care Coordinator, School Based - Children's Mental Health - Stroud

The youth care coordinator provides targeted support services utilizing the systems of care (Soc) model to coordinate mental health and community services for children and families impacted by trauma. This role focuses on preventing out-Of-Home placements by encircling families with support and resources while incorporating the entire family in treatment options.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in social science, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with juveniles in mental health or related social services. Candidates must be fluent in both spanish and english and possess a valid driver's license to transport clients.
