Program Assistant (3031)

This role involves creating positive, nurturing relationships with children in youth programs, focusing on building achievement and belonging through purposeful programming and maintaining close visual supervision. The assistant must also cultivate positive relationships with parents, adhere to safety standards, and implement classes culminating in a showcase.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess current first aid and cpr certifications, along with completed child abuse prevention training. Previous experience working with school-Age children in a group setting and strong character values are preferred.
