Direct Support - West Side

Staff are responsible for the safety and security of assigned youth by providing direct supervision and ensuring therapeutic interventions are delivered in a compassionate and safe environment. Responsibilities also include engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, assisting with activities of daily living skills, and completing required documentation.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged. Previous experience working with youth with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including autism spectrum disorders, is preferred.
