Habilitation Counselor

The role involves providing direct supervision to ensure the safety and security of assigned youth while delivering compassionate and safe therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities also include engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, providing reinforcement, and assisting with activities of daily living skills.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and hold a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral disorders, or autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
