Staff will also engage positively with youth, teaching and prompting appropriate behaviors, providing positive reinforcement, and assisting with activities of daily living skills.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders, including asd, is preferred, and maps certification must be obtained within 90 days if applicable.
