Chess Instructor | Spring

The instructor will lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum to teach fundamentals and promote good sportsmanship. Responsibilities also include managing the classroom environment, encouraging critical thinking, and adhering to school safety protocols while traveling to various local school sites.

Candidates must have required experience working with groups of children, comfort leading a class independently, and a strong grasp of chess fundamentals to explain concepts clearly to young students. Reliability, professional demeanor, and availability on weekday afternoons (2:00 pm - 5:30 pm) are essential, along with reliable personal transportation.
