Cafeteria Monitor

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor student behavior and provide assistance to students during lunch periods at the elementary school. Responsibilities include creating a positive cafeteria environment, implementing efficient entry/Exit procedures, assisting students with needs like opening food items, and using positive strategies to redirect inappropriate behavior.

No specific degree is required for this position, although experience working with school-Age students is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff, along with the ability to read and write effectively.
