Sterile Processing Educator-BJH

This role is responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for sterile processing staff, covering new hire onboarding, annual competencies, and certification requirements. The educator will collaborate with leadership to develop education plans aimed at reducing errors and improving departmental outcomes while ensuring materials align with current aami standards.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, with less than two years of experience and no supervisory experience required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of experience, and mandatory crcst certification.
