Residential Counselor I

The residential counselor will provide essential support, guidance, and life-Changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing environment to help them transition into independent adults. Responsibilities include mentoring residents through daily routines, fostering independence, ensuring a secure living environment, and handling crises with compassion.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma (An associate's degree in human services is a plus), and hold a valid driver's license. Experience working with women, teens, or children, particularly in residential or community settings, is required.
