Key duties involve handling email correspondence, managing recruiting and staffing processes, facilitating onboarding/Offboarding, overseeing payroll transactions, and coordinating immigration support for current employees.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus two years of hr experience for the senior level or three years for the principal level, specifically in recruitment, payroll, or as an hr generalist. Preferred qualifications include experience in an academic medical center and familiarity with taleo and peoplesoft systems.
