Working collaboratively with administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and healthcare providers, the School Nurse provides direct healthcare services, health education, emergency care, and preventive health support to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.

Administer medications and medical treatments in accordance with physician orders, school policies, and state regulations.

Develop, maintain, and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) as needed.
Provide first aid and emergency care for students, staff, and visitors when necessary.

Conduct health screenings as required by state and diocesan guidelines, including vision, hearing, and other mandated screenings.
