Manage the Cross-Country program in compliance with NJCAA and TCCAA rules while overseeing student-athlete recruitment and development. Organize team activities, including practices and conditioning, to ensure athletes succeed both academically and athletically.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least one year of collegiate or professional coaching or playing experience. A valid Tennessee driver's license is mandatory, with a master's degree and three years of experience preferred.

Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval.
Manage Cross-Country program within confines set by Athletic Director, the NJCAA and the TCCAA rules. Assess student-athlete skills. Recruit student athletes motivated to graduate from Motlow State and be the best they can be both on and off the field. Ensure each student-athlete on the team is on a path to graduate, competes on the field at the highest level, and ensure that each student-athlete remains financially and academically eligible to participate in athletics.
Bachelor’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and at least 1 one year previous collegiate or professional level competitive coaching / playing experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
Master’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and three years previous collegiate or professional level competitive coaching / playing experience. Knowledge of National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) rules. Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
