  • Clubhouse is our extended-day program for children ages 3-5 years old, offering a joyful, engaging afternoon experience from 2:30–5:30 pm following our full-day preschool program.
  • We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and eager to create a warm, play-based environment.
  • Qualifications/Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or educational qualification from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate, play-based activities for children ages 3-5 years old, with attention to the unique needs of an afternoon program following a full day of school. Design and implement engaging learning centers and activities that reflect current best practices in early childhood education. Build warm, consistent relationships with children to support their social-emotional development, self-regulation, and sense of belonging. Collaborate closely with co-teachers and the Clubhouse team to plan activities, share observations, and maintain a consistent, positive classroom culture. Communicate professionally with families regarding their child's day and development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Uphold school policies and licensing requirements at all times.

Compensation commensurate upon experience: $23-$25/hour
