Elementary Special Ed. Teacher with a Concentration in Math

The teacher will collaborate with parents, students, teachers, and administrators to meet the needs of students struggling with math and reading skills. Essential duties include providing targeted direct support, reteaching concepts, administering specific small group tests, and using data to track progress and adjust strategies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in special education and have three years of experience working with elementary special education children. Current virginia certification in special education is required, and acsi certification is preferred, along with a statement of being a born-Again christian.
