Program Aide (Afterschool Program)

The program aide will assist the site coordinator in implementing, designing, and evaluating all after-School program activities while ensuring compliance with dycd and children’s village protocols to maintain a safe environment. This role also involves coordinating participant outreach, enrollment, and attendance, and providing technical support to other program staff.

A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred, along with relevant work experience in a school or community-Based setting working with children or families. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-Paced environment, and must obtain required training and certification from fdny.
