Summer Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth, fostering participation, and serving as a positive role model. This includes assisting with program delivery, communicating plans, observing activities, and maintaining attendance records.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, which can be through volunteering, school, or work, although it is preferred rather than required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to follow instructions and work independently, are necessary.
