Physical Therapist (PT) - Mobile Outpatient

The physical therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in an in-Home setting for older adults, assessing needs and developing individualized therapy programs. They will also instruct and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license and a master's degree in physical therapy or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in physical therapy with significant experience. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is also required.
