Assistant Youth Mentor - Before / After School Care

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn, implementing child-Centered curriculum, and overseeing classroom staff while maintaining a positive environment. The role also requires utilizing positive reinforcement for behavior management and effective communication with parents and guardians.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or be enrolled in 2+ years of child development coursework, along with a minimum of two years of verified childcare experience. Applicants must also pass all relevant clearances and complete annual childcare-Related training.
