Youth Mentor - Before / After School Enrichment

Responsibilities include finding engaging ways to help children learn while maintaining control and building self-Esteem, implementing child-Centered curriculum, and overseeing classroom staff if necessary. The role also requires utilizing positive reinforcement for behavior management and maintaining effective, timely communication with parents and guardians.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, or enrollment in 2+ years of child development coursework, along with a minimum of two years of verified childcare experience. Applicants must be passionate about working with children in a fun environment and must pass all relevant clearances, including annual training requirements.
