Standardized Patient Specialist

The standardized patient specialist is responsible for supervising and scheduling standardized patients (Sps) and technique patients (Tps) used in high-Stakes clinical skills assessments to ensure smooth operations and examination integrity. This role also involves assisting in the recruitment, selection, and ongoing development of these participants to maintain a quality and reliable pool.

Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in a related field or two years of equivalent experience, along with at least two years of supervisory experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational, scheduling, coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
