DEC - Physical Therapist

The employee provides screenings, assessments, and therapeutic interventions for students with orthopedic and developmental disabilities within the school setting, ensuring compliance with all guidelines. This role involves developing and coordinating physical therapy programs, participating in iep meetings, and instructing staff and parents on therapy management.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program (Four-Year or master's degree) and possess two years of successful physical therapy experience. A north carolina physical therapist license is mandatory, and licensure in the exceptional children’s area is preferred.
