Child Watch Staff - Daytime Shift

Child watch staff are responsible for leading developmentally appropriate activities for participants while ensuring the well-Being, health, and safety of all children aged 0-12 under their care. Staff must also provide exemplary member service to families utilizing the child watch program.

Candidates must have at least one year of high school attendance and be able to obtain cpr, first aid, and child abuse training certifications. Prior experience in childcare or ymca settings is preferred, and a satisfactory background check is required to work with children.
