Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, including academic success, character development, and health and life skills, while ensuring youth safety and well-Being through interactive activities. Key duties involve planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, managing necessary supplies, tracking member data, and maintaining a safe, clean environment daily.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or youth development preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, the ability to motivate youth positively, and proficiency in planning age-Appropriate programs emphasizing academic success and healthy lifestyles.
