Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, ensuring youth safety and development through interactive activities. Key roles include planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, affirming positive behavior, and managing daily program administration and setup/Cleanup.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth guidance, and the ability to manage program administration and safety protocols.
