Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
