Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, with training provided for technical aspects.
