Mountain View Elementary- Part Time Before and After School Group Leader

The group leader is responsible for leading and supervising a group of children in before/After school and summer programs, implementing engaging activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This role also involves assisting the program coordinator with daily tasks and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with edu 119 or bsac preferred, alongside prior experience working with children in a group setting being preferred. Candidates must understand child development principles, program safety, and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-Solving skills.
