Swim Instructor, Stillwater YMCA

The swim instructor will conduct group swim lessons for various ages and skill levels, focusing on developing essential swimming skills and ensuring participant safety by enforcing pool rules. This role also involves developing lesson plans, maintaining a clean pool area, and communicating progress effectively with participants and parents.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess technical ability in swim skill instruction, with required certifications in pr/Cpr, aed, o2, and first aid (Training provided if necessary). Previous experience in teaching swim lessons or aquatic group work is preferred, alongside strong communication and motivational skills.
