The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on treatment plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children in a fast-Paced environment, requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Prior experience with children, behavioral challenges, or autism spectrum disorder is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
